Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to support one of our clients in the semiconductor equipment industry. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, managing the full lifecycle of customer orders while coordinating closely with internal supply chain, operations, engineering, and account management teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting business-to-business (B2B) customers, managing high-value orders, and communicating across multiple departments to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
This is not a traditional call center or technical support position. Instead, this person will act as the central hub between customers and internal teams, helping facilitate order fulfillment, spare parts support, inventory coordination, and ongoing customer communication.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and serve as a primary point of contact throughout the order lifecycle
Process customer orders, purchase orders, quotations, and related documentation within ERP systems
Provide customers with order status updates, shipment information, pricing details, and general account support
Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, engineering, and account management teams to ensure customer requests are fulfilled accurately and on time
Research inventory availability and coordinate the release and shipment of spare parts and equipment
Escalate customer inquiries to the appropriate internal teams and communicate updates back to customers
Maintain accurate customer records, transactions, and account documentation
Support after-hours emergency order fulfillment through a rotating on-call schedule
