Job Description
The Contract Negotiator is responsible for independently reviewing, negotiating, and finalizing customer‑provided contracts for the supply of building materials, including purchase orders, MSAs, supply agreements, and construction contracts. This role works directly with homebuilders and general contractors of all sizes, assessing contract risk against company standards and negotiating key terms such as indemnity, insurance, damages, and payment structures. The position is highly process‑driven, customer‑focused, and requires strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently defend contractual positions while maintaining professional relationships. This is a 100% remote role offering significant training, flexible work within standard business hours, and autonomy for a self‑directed negotiator experienced with complex, customer‑paper agreements.
