This role requires a deep sense of accountability, ownership, and passion, as well as project management experience and strong communication skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. Experience with syndicated data tools (IRI, Nielsen, demographic and panel data, Numerator) and at least two years in category management—preferably within the Beer, Wine & Spirits industry—are highly valued.

The Category Analyst will be responsible for managing all retailer and syndicated data via Catalyst PowerBI, cleansing and refreshing data in ShelfIQ and Catalyst Data Manager, and updating product and store lists. The role also involves supporting the reset process by assisting with planogram cleansing, preparing reporting suites, and attending retailer meetings to present insights. Routine communication duties include producing monthly and holiday insights, internal and external meeting content, and supporting new hire onboarding and best practice sharing. Additionally, the analyst will organize the team’s digital workspace, maintain reset timelines, and manage master files for all accounts to ensure seamless operations and data-driven decision-making.
