Insight Global's client is looking to hire a Benefits Administrator. Listed below are the essential job functions:
- Administer employee leave programs (FMLA, state, company), ensuring legal compliance
- Serve as primary contact for leave questions, documentation, and timelines
- Process disability, life insurance, and leave-related claims with carriers
- Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, and state regulations
- Maintain accurate, confidential records in HRIS and leave systems
- Advise employees on benefits impact during leave, including COBRA
- Partner with Payroll and HR teams to ensure accurate deductions and status updates
- Analyze leave and benefits data; support reporting and process improvements

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, Leave, or Benefits Administration
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state leave regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems; ExponentHR preferred
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR) or relevant training credentials.
