Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership and local functional teams for a large corporate client. This individual will provide administrative, clerical, and logistical support across scheduling, meeting coordination, event planning, and office operations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Experience

*3–5 years of administrative or executive support experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

*Experience supporting executive leadership or VP-level stakeholders
*Experience coordinating events or travel logistics
*Basic to intermediate Japanese language proficiency
