Job Description

Insight Global is hiring an IT Field Support Specialist to join our construction company in Ingleside, Texas. This role will join a team of three to provide IT support including hardware and software fixes. This position is located at the project site so this person's day will be spent half of the time indoors, but then half of the time outdoors supporting the craft workers. Steel-toed boots, long sleeves, and hard hats will be required, as well as following all required safety precautions. This team is willing to teach technical requirements, but strong soft skills and comfortability working outdoors will be key for success in this role.

Required Skills & Experience

- 0-1 year of experience supporting end user IT hardware and software issues

- Strong soft skills to communicate with a variety of people, with a high sense of urgency and dedication to the role

- Comfortable working in an outdoors environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Comfortable with an IT ticketing service such as Service Now or Remedy

- Knowledgeable of solving IT issues on Windows and Mac operating systems and Microsoft Applications
