Job Description

* Contact and maintain relationships with utility companies,

* Inspection and documentation of field facilities

* Permit preparation/submittal

* Coordination with local municipalities, state agencies, and Utility Companies

* Utility Conflict Identification and Resolution

* Utility Agreement preparation and review

* Review of ROW documents

Required Skills & Experience

* 2+ Years Utility Coordination Experience

* Experience working with the department of transportation or municipalities

* Ability to read PS&E plans and identify conflicts

* Ability to communicate with engineers and power/telecom/gas companies

* Strong communication skills

* Strong organizational skills

* Microstation experience

* Bluebeam experience

* Excel, Word, and Teams experience

* Ability to lead a UC team on specific projects from project kickoff through construction

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* TxDOT experience

* PE license
