The Client Services Leader will develop new business and maintain high-value relationships with key districts and divisions of TXDOT, toll authorities like HCTRA and NTTA, and other local/regional clients. They will develop and manage client teams, including project managers, technical specialists, national leaders, and junior staff, to create strategic capture plans, proposals, presentations, and other business development efforts. They will serve as a key member of the strategy team to promote growth in Texas and support other West US growth initiatives and act as a technical or project lead on significant projects as needed.

Experience in transportation engineering business development
Experience assisting with the proposal process and presenting to agencies like TXDOT, HCTRA, and NTTA
Strong experience meeting and working with Texas Transportation agencies
Project management experience on transportation related construction projects
