An oil and gas midstream energy client of Insight Global is looking for a Techno Functional Oracle HCM Analyst to join their team in Houston, Tx. As a member of the E-Business Systems team, the Techno Functional Oracle HCM Analyst will work alongside 3 other Analysts and Developers and be responsible for supporting the Oracle HCM system. This individual must have a strong understanding of the EBS HCM modules (must have experience in Core HR, Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), and Advanced Benefits (OAB)) in order to troubleshoot and reconcile business processes, develop new applications, manage and troubleshoot existing applications, develop enhancements to applications, and ensure production of applications are running smoothly. This person must be local and willing to report onsite in Houston, Tx. 5 days/week and offers a competitive salary range between $150,000-$170,000 annually.

5 + years experience with the following Oracle E-Business Suite HCM modules such as HR, OTL, Absence Management, OAB, and Workflow & Payroll.
5 + years development experience utilizing Oracle tools such as Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, WEB-ADI, Workflow, and SQL Loader.
Experience debugging and testing Oracle HCM modules.
Strong understanding of payroll and HR business processes.
Prior experience monitoring and managing Oracle HCM systems in Unix environment.
