Job Description

This position will be responsible for the review and editing of all Management of Change final technical document submissions. The Technical Writer will ensure there is consistency and standardization with formatting and language across all functional groups. They will partner with internal teams and the MOC Analyst to understand the requirements of the change request and associated reference documents to create thorough and concise manuals, processes, and forms.

Required Skills & Experience

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to quickly grasp and communicate new concepts to stakeholders.

At least 1 yr. experience with technical writing and/or standard operating procedure documentation.

Minimum 5 yr. of IT Experience (any domain).

Minimum "intermediate" level knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, TEAMS, Outlook, OneNote).

Minimum "intermediate" level knowledge of Microsoft VISIO and SharePoint Ability to analyze problems and describe solutions.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

background in Utilities or Oil & Gas

Experience in a helpdesk position
