Job Description

Insight Global is hiring a Tier 2 TAB Technician to support commercial HVAC projects in the Houston market.
This is a hands-on, field-based role focused on testing and balancing air and water systems in commercial buildings.

• Test airflow and water flow on HVAC systems
• Adjust dampers, valves, fans, and VAV boxes
• Identify installation or control issues
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors
• Create TAB reports for project closeout
• Work fully onsite across Houston job sites

Required Skills & Experience

• NEBB or AABC certification is required
• 2 to 3 years of hands-on TAB technician experience
• Experience working independently on commercial job sites
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and HVAC plans
• Strong understanding of airflow and hydronic balancing
• Comfortable working in mechanical rooms and rooftops
• Valid driver’s license

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Airflow or hydronic experience
• Experience with hospitals, offices, or industrial facilities
