Supply Chain Services Associate

Insight Global is looking for a mid-level Supply Chain Systems Analyst to join one of our Oil and Gas clients here in the Houston area. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-user support for Supply Chain users in SAP ECC and Ariba Spend Management, as well as acting as level two support for Ariba Business Network vendor helpdesk. The Supply Chain Systems Analyst is responsible for ongoing operations of Supply Chain systems and will work closely with Supply Chain teams as well as IT management to deploy, test, train, maintain, troubleshoot and streamline overall Supply Chain System tools.

* Bachelor's degree

* Understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management. This includes knowledge of purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and vendor management.

* Knowledge/experience of SAP procurement and Ariba invoicing.

* 3 - 5 Years of related experience in a similar support role/industry

* Ability to review and/or create analytics and reports to identify gaps, mine processes, and/or understand problems within the organization.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
