Sr. Network Project Manager

An employer in Houston, Tx is seeking a project manager to create and oversee network project plans for new builds/infrastructure construction. This person would lead 2-3 projects at once, these include, but are not limited to, replacing equipment at 70 sites, working closely with the network team to bring in circuits, working with the collaboration team to move Microsoft accounts, routing and refresh projects. This person would liaise with both internal IT teams as well as with onsite construction teams and vendors. This person will mainly be responsible for managing the scope, schedule & budget, anticipate and address change requests, issues management, risk management, and status reporting to upper management. This position is hybrid, 3 days on site Monday through Wednesday and pays between $60/hr and $73/hr based off experience.

8+ years of Network PM experience

Experience managing 2-3 projects at once and building project plans

Experience overseeing network projects for new builds/infrastructure construction

Strong routing and refresh experience, working with partners to replace equipment for switches/access points

Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

PMP

Experience with Smartsheet

Technical background in networking

Masters degree
