A natural gas and utilities company is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Enterprise Data Analytics organization to support Electric Business Analytics. This resource will provide about 60% true Data Analytics utilizing SQL, and 40% reporting and visualization via Tableau and PowerBI. This person will be a part of daily stand-ups and weekly sprints, will be required to meet with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliverables, and execute tasks relating to those activities. From a data analytics perspective, this person will be expected to cleanse data, merge into single views, complete calculations via SQL, and will be required to pull data from multiple sources including GCP, SAP HANA, Oracle, and MS Dynamics. This person should be well-versed with Python scripting as well as have the ability to talk with internal stakeholders and positively impact the customer experience through data. This role is required to work onsite in their downtown, Houston TX office Monday - Wednesday.
This role is paying between 40 - 60/hr. depending upon years of experience and education level.

5+ years of Data Analytics experience including: cleansing data, merging views, performing calculations and creating tables, manipulation of data, and pulling data from various sources
3+ years of SQL experience within data analytics
Experience with reporting and visualization utilizing Tableau (Preferred to also have experience with PowerBI)
Experience pulling and storing data in GCP
Experience with Python scripting
Experience manipulating and presenting data to enhance customer experience
