Senior Business Analyst

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support finance application initiatives across planning, forecasting, financial close, and reporting. This role partners closely with Finance stakeholders as well as functional and technical teams to lead and facilitate workshops, gather and document current- and future-state finance processes, and translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation. The Senior Business Analyst will serve as a primary liaison between business and technology teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery. A key focus of this role is identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enable automation and AI-driven improvements across finance processes. He or She will be compensated $60-$75/HR depending on their experience.

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting Finance applications in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong understanding of GL/accounting concepts, financial close, and planning/forecasting.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, drive requirements, and communicate with senior leadership.
• Experience with SAP BPC, Power BI, and Excel modeling (ability to speak to how finance teams use these tools).

• Workday exposure (finance or integrations).
• Experience supporting greenfield implementations and/or process re-design initiatives.
