An Insight Global client is currently looking for a Security Automation Developer to join thier growing IT team. This person will bring deep expertise in PowerShell scripting and Identity Access Management (IAM). This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a security-focused environment and is passionate about automating processes to enhance compliance, monitoring, and access control. This person will be responsible for designing and implementing secure automation workflows, integrating IAM solutions, and supporting compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong development background, particularly in PowerShell, and experience working with SIEM platforms and regulatory frameworks and cloud integrations.

Required Skills & Experience
*5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure automation, or security engineering.
*Expert-level PowerShell scripting for automation of security operations and user provisioning.
*Strong background in Identity Access Management (IAM) including RBAC, SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management.
*Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk and CrowdStrike.
*Experience conducting SOX and IT compliance audits, with a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks.
*Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.

* Any relevant certifications within security, development, and/or cloud
