Hours may be subject to change based on project needs to include earlier morning hours, evenings or weekends
We are seeking a Cutover Coordinator to support Project Tempo, an initiative focused on transitioning hourly employees to a new Workday Time Tracking and Absence system. This contract role will play a critical part in planning and executing the cutover strategy across multiple deployment phases.
The Cutover Coordinator will partner closely with the project management team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems to the new platform. This individual will be responsible for developing detailed cutover plans, coordinating activities across teams, managing risks, and ensuring all deployment milestones are delivered on time and within scope.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of Workday project experience, with direct involvement in system implementations or deployments
- Hands-on cutover experience, including planning and executing transitions from legacy systems to new platforms
- Experience with data migration, validation, and system integrations
- Ability to create and manage detailed cutover schedules and checklists (hour-by-hour / step-by-step)
- Proven experience coordinating across cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting Go/No-Go readiness reviews and business readiness validation
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in documentation and tracking deliverables
