Insight Global is looking for a Remote Infrastructure Support Technician for one of our largest residential leasing and development clients in the Greater Houston area. This person will be responsible for providing network and system technical support to end users, offering input on best practices, and ensuring infrastructure remains up to date. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of in-depth technical end-user support experience, hold a CCNA or CompTIA+ certification, and possess hands-on experience working in Windows, Cisco, and Microsoft Office environments. The role requires intermittent travel to client locations in Arizona and California, along with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service through both written and verbal communication. Candidates must reside in Houston, TX, and this will be a 3-month contract-to-hire position, with a conversion salary ranging from $95,000 to $110,000 annually.
