Job Description
•Perform process sampling from production line equipment to monitor and control recycling and refining operations.
•Learn and apply process chemistry and product knowledge to interpret results and provide timely feedback to production teams.
•Conduct routine wet-chemistry tests (e.g., pH, titrations) and support advanced analytical methods (ICP-OES/MS, IC, FTIR, GC as applicable).
•Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments; troubleshoot minor issues to ensure uptime.

Required Skills & Experience
•High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
•6+ months of industry experience in a laboratory or industrial environment.
•Familiarity with pH measurement and routine wet-chemistry techniques.
•Strong attention to detail, data integrity, and documentation discipline.
•Comfortable working around industrial processes and following EHS procedures.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
•Background in Chemistry or related field.
•Experience with analytical instrumentation (e.g., ICP, IC, FTIR, GC) and troubleshooting.
•Familiarity with ISO-based Quality Systems (e.g., ISO 9001/17025).
•LIMS experience (sample login, results entry, approvals, reports).
