Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a midstream oil and gas client located in Houston TX. The ideal candidate will be located in Houston TX and go to office 4 days per week for a 12 month contract. You will be the PM leading an initiative focused on optimizing Procure-to-Pay (Source-to-Settle) processes within the Oracle Fusion ERP environment. This role will drive both process design and system alignment to improve supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP initiatives focused on Oracle Fusion
- Drive Source-to-Settle / Procure-to-Pay optimization, including process and role design
- Partner with business stakeholders to redefine and standardize supply chain processes
- Align redesigned processes to Oracle Fusion system capabilities
- Oversee system configuration and module enablement to support optimized workflows
- Manage cross-functional teams, timelines, risks, and deliverables

Required Skills & Experience
- 8+years of PM experience delivering ERP programs with enterprise companies
- Strong ERP experience, Oracle Fusion preferred
- Strong experience in SCM within ERP environments
- Experience with P2P processes
- Experience owning end-to-end project delivery (timeline, budget, risks, stakeholders)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Oil and gas experience or asset- intensive industries
