Job Description
The Project Manager will lead a cross-functional initiative to establish comprehensive governance for non-client deliverable documents referenced in the Mooring Solutions Integrated Management System (IMS). This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery, ensuring document cataloging, governance standards, system alignment, compliance monitoring, automation, and change adoption are executed successfully.
The Project Manager will serve as the central point of coordination between Mooring Solutions stakeholders, MODEC application support, IT, compliance, and business users, ensuring outcomes align with IMS requirements, security standards, and operational efficiency goals.

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise initiatives
• Demonstrated experience with:
○ Document management or information governance programs
○ Records management, retention, and compliance frameworks
○ SharePoint / M365 environments or similar enterprise content systems
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working in engineering, energy, maritime, or other regulated industries preferred
• Proven ability to lead ambiguity, document “as-is” processes, and drive practical improvements
Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive reporting skills
