Job Description

We are seeking Project Coordinator to support a large-scale network refresh program, focused on executing infrastructure upgrades across multiple sites. This role will work off established playbooks and partner closely with senior leadership to ensure seamless delivery, particularly during high-impact weekend deployment windows. This is a remote-first role based in Costa Rica with access to a local office for support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute established project playbooks for network and hardware refresh initiatives
• Manage and coordinate technical turn-up (TTU) calls, including extended (12+ hour) weekend deployments
• Serve as the main point of contact during network outages and cutover activities
• Coordinate with vendors and on ground resources to ensure smooth execution
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, including AP and switch replacements
• Provide regular status updates, including executive level reporting
• Partner with senior Cisco Project Managers for guidance and weekend support
• Manage remote teams and ensure alignment across cross-functional stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience overseeing network or hardware refresh projects
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure environments (e.g., switches, access points, routers)
• Experience managing remote teams and distributed resources
• Ability to lead high-pressure deployment windows and outage scenarios
• Strong communication skills, with experience providing executive-level updates
• Exposure to high-volume, fast-paced project environments
• Excellent organizational and project tracking skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working in or supporting Cisco-based environments
• Prior experience managing weekend deployments or global infrastructure rollouts
• Experience coordinating with third-party vendors
