Job Description

Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the design, procurement, and installation of padmount transformers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, utility companies, contractors, and clients to align project objectives, schedules, and budgets.
Risk Management: Identify potential challenges such as site constraints, environmental factors, and safety hazards, implementing mitigation strategies.
Budget & Cost Control: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to maintain financial efficiency.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet technical specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements.
Permitting & Compliance: Obtain necessary permits and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
Site Supervision: Oversee field operations, ensuring timely progress, proper installation, and resolution of on-site issues.
Testing & Commissioning: Coordinate inspection, testing, and energization of padmount transformers to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, prepare progress reports, and document as-built drawings for future reference.
Safety & Training: Promote a culture of safety, ensuring all team members follow OSHA and industry safety protocols.

Required Skills & Experience

2-6 Years of Project Scheduling and Coordination Experience. Experience working with Project Management, Controls, Scheduling, and Engineering teams. Professional Written & Verbal Communication Skills. Industry Experience: Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Utilities Industry Experience P6 or MS Project Bachelor's Degree
