Insight Global is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join a top energy company in Houston, TX, supporting the engineering, procurement, and construction of multiple hyperscale, mission-critical data centers across the United States. This role will lead all project controls activities, including planning, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, risk management, and performance reporting across large-scale data center projects. The Project Controls Manager will establish and maintain integrated cost and schedule baselines, ensure project performance metrics accurately reflect project status, and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and corrective actions. This individual will work closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction, and Client teams to maintain cost and schedule discipline throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience
10-15 years of experience in project controls supporting large-scale industrial, construction, energy, or infrastructure projects
Strong background in cost control, forecasting, planning/scheduling, and earned value management (EVM)
Proven experience developing project performance reporting, variance analysis, and executive-level project controls reporting
Demonstrated leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project controls teams
Experience supporting large-scale construction portfolios exceeding $300M+ in project value
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Previous experience delivering Data Center or mission-critical facility projects
Professional certifications such as AACE CCP, PSP, or PMI-SP
Advanced experience with Primavera P6
Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and project controls reporting tools
Experience managing project change controls, risk assessments, and contingency planning processes
Familiarity working within EPC or large-scale industrial construction environments
