Job Description
The Senior Program Manager will lead the end‑to‑end program management of the GenAI portfolio, overseeing multiple GenAI initiatives from intake through delivery. This role ensures alignment to business strategy, drives cross‑functional execution, manages dependencies and risks, and ensures measurable value realization across GenAI efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Own program‑level governance for the GenAI portfolio, including roadmap, milestones, and dependencies
Coordinate across product, engineering, data, security, and business stakeholders
Drive delivery execution, issue resolution, and risk management across multiple GenAI initiatives
Establish and track success metrics, reporting progress and outcomes to leadership
Ensure GenAI initiatives align with enterprise standards, timelines, and value objectives

Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in program or senior project management, preferably in technology or digital initiatives
Proven experience managing complex, multi‑workstream programs
Familiarity with GenAI / AI / data‑driven products and modern software delivery models
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience with Agile, hybrid delivery models, and program governance
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Houston‑based (or willing to be based in Houston)
