An employer in Houston, TX is looking for a Program Manager to join their team. This person will be accountable for helping deliver on large major capital projects and be the liaison between the Business Units and the IT teams. Day to day will include but not be limited to working with business partners to understand business needs, developing project plans, creating timelines, tracking milestones, creating risk mitigation plans, managing budgets, and working with 3rd party vendors. Program Manager will be responsible for helping ensure seamless integration and optimal performance across all aspects of project execution. Candidate will also be required to schedule and run daily stand-up meetings, reviews, provide leadership and stakeholders with communications, as well as be able to identify gaps for improvement and help strategize to find solutions for enhancement. This person must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently as well as in a team environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
