One of Insight Global's clients in the Manufacturing Medical Device industry is looking to bring on a Product Manager to sit fully remote. They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Business Development Manager to take ownership of their Fire Training product portfolio, both internally and externally. In this pivotal role, you'll serve as the link between engineering, sales, bid management, and other departments, driving collaboration to achieve objectives. Responsible for a key portfolio of Safety Products, you'll spearhead strategic positioning, pricing optimization, lifecycle management, and the seamless rollout of new products. You will be instrumental in fostering key client relationships and driving growth. Working closely with Marketing leadership, you'll develop methodologies to stay ahead of customer needs and market trends, ensuring competitive advantage. Leveraging your expertise, you'll integrate seamlessly with our Global organization to harness support and drive regional success.

4-7 years of experience as a Product Manager, with emphasis in Business Development
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Legal teams
Willingness to travel (up to 20% of travel - domestic and internationally)
Experience with MS Suite, SAP, ect
Strong business and analytic acumen, communication proficiency and excellent presentation skills
Coming from Manufacturing or a Medical Device company
Working around the construction industry
Someone with (non career) fire experience
Familiarity with tools such as CRM, System Price, Price FX, etc
