Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager for one of their premier clients in the Houston, Texas area. This role will be fully remote and support the customer visibility portal. This role, reporting to the Director of Client Visibility and will play a pivotal role in shaping the product’s roadmap and user experience. The Product Manager will be responsible for refining product ideas and user journeys into actionable development criteria, collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, customer success, QA, sales, and marketing. Additional responsibilities include creating wireframes and mockups, marketing feature releases, conducting customer interviews, analyzing usage data, and prioritizing new feature ideas from both internal and external sources. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building intuitive, data-driven tools that enhance client confidence and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience
-3+ years of experience working in an environment that focuses on selling a software product or suite
of products
-2+ years of experience working with any combination of agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum)
-Demonstrable experience in directly interacting with customers, business stakeholders, and
technical teams to ensure competitiveness and quality
-Demonstrable experience in taking unrefined concepts and translating into executable work
-Demonstrable experience with UI/UX design (wireframes, storyboards, etc.)
