Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Process Automation Specialist to lead intelligent and unintelligent automation initiatives, guide junior developers, and assist enterprise clients in setting up required infrastructure for RPA and document understanding solutions. This role combines deep technical
expertise with strategic oversight, driving the development, standardization, and innovation of
automation pipelines across various platforms and industries.

Main Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA and Document Understanding (DU) solutions using UiPath primarily, along with other similar tools

Lead end-to-end automation strategy, reusable component development, and peer reviews

Set up and support RPA/DU infrastructure for clients, including orchestrators, AI Center, and virtual machines

Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting coding standards and best practices

Research and integrate emerging AI/NLP technologies and open-source tools into
automation strategies

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of RPA developer experience, specifically using UiPath

Bachelors Degree

Experience setting up client infrastructure and deploying automation infrastructure

Experience with Document Understanding platforms (UiPath DU, AI Center, ABBYY, Rossum)

Proficiency in C# or Python for scripting and custom activities

Strong understanding of the RPA lifecycle and governance best practices

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Familiarity with Blue Prism, Power Automate, and SAP IRPA

Experience with AI/ML tools for unstructured data (OCR, NLP, etc.)

Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD tools

UiPath Advanced Developer Certification or equivalent

Business domain knowledge in banking, telecom, oil & gas, real estate, or fast-food industries
