A natural gas and utility provider is seeking a Sr. Programmer Analyst in the downtown, Houston TX area. This person will be joining the Field Services and Solutions team, and will be supporting a complex Field Services/Ops Application with over 2,000 users in addition to other enterprise level apps. This person will be involved in all stages of planning, developing, coding, testing, migration to production, and distribution, support, and maintenance of package software. This role is required to work 3 days/week onsite in the downtown Houston area with 2 days being remote, with some ad-hoc weekend work being required to troubleshoot system issues.
Pay rate is based on experience and education, ranging from 55/hr. to 70/hr.

5+ years of experience as a Programmer Analyst working with technologies such as: Oracle, PL/SQL, C#, Web Services, .NET, XML, ASP.NET, HTML, SOAP
Experience supporting Web Services such as REST APIs, WebSphere, FileNet etc.
Good communication as this person may be required to work directly with stakeholders or business users
Ability to work on weekends as needed for technical support/troubleshooting (can be done remotely)
