Job Description

This role will provide project support to the environmental permitting team. This role would be responsible for the completion of purchase order requests, processing invoices, tracking contractor costs, data entry, document controls, and other duties as assigned. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications, organizational and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members will be critical to success. Has diversified workload based on needs and desires of specific department. Responsibilities: Performs general administrative duties including typing, copying, and filing correspondences, memos, letters, etc. May also order office supplies, maintain records management systems, and schedule meetings or make other special arrangements. Organizes, prioritizes and sorts large volumes of incoming correspondences, including faxes and email. May prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. Designs, organizes, and maintains specialized and custom forms, records, reports, and files. Creates new files and updates computer information as needed. Works independently and in team settings on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects. Other related duties as required. All duties are to be performed in accordance with Williams Environmental, Health and Safety Guidelines Skills: Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person. Able to effectively manage time and prioritize projects in order to meet established deadlines. Able to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts.
