A midstream oil and gas client is hiring an Owner Relations Representative to join their team in Downtown Houston to support the Land Encroachment Team. This position is 30% customer service and must work in the office five days a week. This individual is responsible for taking incoming phone calls from landowners, Department of Transportation (DOT), design firms, etc. and processing easement crossing requests to ensure compliance. Other responsibilities include data entry when processing requests, emailing other business departments to resolve these requests, utilizing online maps or Google Earth when speaking with customers to answer questions.
