Job Description

The Oracle Fusion Technical Lead Architect – Data Conversion is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and execution of data migration activities during Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. This role ensures the accurate, secure, and efficient conversion of legacy data into Oracle Fusion applications, with a focus on Finance, Procurement, Projects, and HCM modules.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/Oracle Fusion technical roles.

Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules (Finance, Procurement, Projects, HCM).

Hands-on experience with data conversion tools, SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL frameworks.

Knowledge of integration technologies (REST APIs, SOAP, Oracle Integration Cloud).

Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience in global implementations and handling large-scale data migration projects.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior experience in public sector (Public Schools)
