Job Description
We are seeking an MEP Superintendent to lead the mechanical and electrical scopes on multiple mission critical data center projects in the Houston area, specifically the interior infrastructure. This Superintendent will work closely with the Project Managers but will be the ultimate decision maker in driving MEP execution and coordination. This role requires exceptional leadership and delegation skills, as the Superintendent will serve as the primary point of accountability on site—managing subcontractors, resolving issues in real time, and ensuring work is executed safely and correctly in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment. The ideal candidate can step into complex MEP infrastructure projects with confidence and handle pressure without hesitation.

3-5 years of MEP experience
Data Center experience (large-scale projects)
experience being a Superintendent of large-scale projects
Electrical / mechanical background (both preferred)
Strong leadership skills
GC background
Willingness to travel
