Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials Data Coordinator to support a high-volume materials and inventory environment. This role will focus on entering, updating, and maintaining material / equipment data in SAP. The coordinator will be helping alleviate backlog created by increased project demand and large-scale inventory initiatives. Daily responsibilities include:
- Enter and update material, equipment, and inspection data into SAP
- Support QA/QC efforts on work orders, including reviewing functional locations and updating notes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across SAP databases
- Assist with materials processing workflows, including inspection tracking and documentation
- Partner with warehouse teams and internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Provide data entry support to multiple team members (materials, inventory, and project teams)
- Support reporting initiatives and dashboards

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Strong memory/recall and ability to manage large volumes of information
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with SAP (highly preferred but not required)
- Experience working in materials, inventory, or warehouse environments
- Exposure to Power BI or data reporting tools
- Background in utilities, construction, or industrial environments is a plus
