About the Company - Insight Global is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Consultant to join one of our clients in the Houston market (Jersey Village) to help elevate and diversify brand and marketing efforts. This organization specializes in system integration, offering electrical and automation solutions for industries like oil & gas, marine, and utilities.
About the Role - Responsibilities include:
• Driving, creating and then implementing marketing strategy for the business
• Managing external marketing partnerships
• Create and design presentation decks for sales teams
• Develop and manage content creation for all outlets
• Help leverage CRM systems to enhance marketing efforts
• Contribute to the creation of sales cycles
• Ensure brand consistency across all promotional materials and swag
• Attend career fairs to promote the organization
• Produce promotional materials to support marketing campaigns

Required Skills & Experience
• 4+ years of experience in marketing
• Experience developing and creating marketing strategy from scratch
• Creative thinker with the ability to bounce ideas off others (e.g., reviewing social media posts)
• Sharp and detail-oriented
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Figma
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Video editing skills
• Experience creating and posting marketing content across various outlets
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with CRM systems
• Experience in engineering/electrical industry in marketing capacity
