One of Insight Global's clients in the energy industry is seeking a dynamic M&A Project Manager to join their team in downtown Houston, TX to support their PMO efforts. This role is critical in supporting their strategic growth initiatives through the successful integration of acquired assets and systems. The position will be heavily focused on infrastructure, including network and directory services, but will also involve application integration. The M&A Project Manager will be responsible for assessing the current environment and developing detailed work and technology plans to guide the integration of systems and applications. This individual will regularly interact with over 20 individuals each week. This is a hybrid role, with onsite work required Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote work on Tuesday and Friday. The hourly pay ranges from $120-$140/hr, depending on experience.

10+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on IT and infrastructure initiatives.
Proven success leading M&A integration projects, particularly involving Active Directory, network infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
Background in the utilities and/or energy sector, with a solid understanding of industry-specific operational and compliance requirements.
Experience working in mid-sized companies, bringing agility, hands-on leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Skilled in managing complex project scopes, timelines, and budgets while aligning technical execution with strategic business goals.
Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure (cloud, on-prem, hybrid), networking, and cybersecurity)
Effective communicator and liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred.
Familiarity with ITIL, TOGAF, or similar frameworks is a plus
