Job Description
A global law firm is seeking an experienced legal recruiter for approximately six months’ parental leave coverage. This position requires a high caliber individual to help the Firm’s recruitment function to be best in class. This position requires excellent client relationship management skills as well as outstanding professional presence. This position also requires:
-Thinking creatively, strategically, commercially and competitively to meet our objectives of hiring top talent and recruiting for long-term strategic fit
-Working with Summer Committee and Hiring Partner to collaborate on ideas and resolve any summer associate issues that may arise
-Execution of the summer associate program (including general admin support; helping to organize and participate in various internal and external events and trainings; maintaining a summer budget)
-Assisting with summer associate orientation program planning and execution
-Facilitating and supporting the feedback/review/offer process for summer associates; oversee mentoring program; act as resource to summer associates to ensure smooth transitions from law school to law firm
-Correspond with summer associates and respond to daily inquiries
-Oversee Early Careers Recruitment Assistant

Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelor’s degree required
-Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant professional recruiting experience in any industry
-Strong technical skills on the following applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, viRecruit, viDesktop or other Talent Management Systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Experience in a law firm or other professional services’ recruiting department is strongly preferred
