- Support the Wireless Network Engineering team in the deployment and maintenance of Wi-Fi networks across all hospital campuses.
- Oversee the integration of new devices with wireless capabilities, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality for critical applications.
- Educate and mentor existing team members to elevate their understanding and management of the evolving wireless network landscape.
- Ensure adequate coverage and service levels are maintained across all facilities, meeting the demands of approximately 75,000 devices.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the wireless and cellular infrastructure supports clinical and operational workflows effectively.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Five (5) years of network level experience in a medium to large network environment (500 to 30,000 nodes) and one (1) year of experience with configuration and troubleshooting of workstation or server network components
- Extensive experience in wireless network engineering, including Wi-Fi and cellular technologies.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and grow a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
