Job Description

An LNG client in Houston, Texas is hiring a Land Analyst to join their team in the Downtown Houston office. The Land Analyst is responsible for researching land files, reviewing lease and settlement agreements, and maintaining terms for lease payments and contractual agreements. Other daily responsibilities include reviewing surface agreements, ROWs, and land documents within Quorum Land Management Software, and assist with letters of no objections (LONOs) for 3rd party right-of-way crossings. The Land Analyst will assist with special projects during this 12 month contract and support staff to ensure proper record administration.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of overall experience in land data entry within oil and gas or real estate

Experience with land management software programs and data entry

Experience reviewing LONOs crossings, communicating with 3rd party companies on pipeline ROWs

Experience reviewing documents related to Right-of-way acquisition and title

Strong analytical capabilities

Understanding of principles in real estate and right of way acquisition, including state and federal laws pertaining to real estate and/or right of way acquisition

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Quorum Land Management software
