An Automotive client of Insight Global is seeking a Systems Administrator to support the daily operations of critical applications and server infrastructure at the Vehicle Processing Center (VPC), a high-availability manufacturing environment. This role involves managing Windows and basic Linux systems, providing Tier II technical support, performing system monitoring and maintenance, and troubleshooting network and application issues. The administrator collaborates with internal teams and vendors to ensure system reliability, aligns IT changes with plant operations, maintains documentation, and participates in after-hours support and small-scale IT projects. Proficiency in Windows Server administration, basic networking, Linux familiarity, and experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds are essential. This role requires 5 days onsite and participation in on-call support. The pay range for this role is $31 to $37 an hour.

Proficiency in administering Microsoft Windows Server, including patching, configuration, and basic troubleshooting
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (IP addressing, VLANs, DHCP, DNS)
Working knowledge of Linux systems (basic navigation, permissions, services)
Experience using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds for system health and alerting
