An oil and gas client of Insight Global is looking for an IT Project Manager to join their team in Sabine Pass, Tx. with occasional travel to the Houston office. This person will oversee IT infrastructure and security project management for the startup process for gas operations, ensuring all systems and processes are in place and functioning correctly. They will holistically assess and integrate business and IT requirements to ensure seamless operations across the organization, and ultimately assist in the stand up of IT infrastructure and security for 14 buildings across one location. The IT Project Manager must be extremely organized, comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced environment. They will ensure all timelines are met and communicated effectively to IT leadership and business stakeholders. This person must be local and willing to report onsite in Sabine Pass 5 days/week with occasional travel to Houston. The pay range for this role is dependent upon experience and would be between $70-90/hr.

10 years of project management experience with advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure components.
Strong documentation skills with the ability to manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation and ensure projects are delivered within scope in a timely manner
Strong communications/soft skills with the ability to curate cross functional relationships internally and externally to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines
Strong presentation/reporting skills with experience providing status reports to upper management
Team player mentality, light on feet and capable of bouncing from task to task as required to ensure services are delivered in a timely manner.
Knowledge of IT/OT infrastructure components and configurations pertaining to servers, firewalls, route/switch protocols, etc.
Must be eligible and willing to obtain TWIC card.
