Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for our Infor Lawson applications during a critical transition period. This role is a backfill for an existing manager moving to an ERP implementation project. The IT Manager will ensure continuity of services, manage a team of analysts and programmers, and maintain system stability while Oracle ERP is implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of Lawson applications, including Finance and Supply Chain modules.
Manage a team of 14 (with approximately half allocated to project work), providing guidance and support to ensure timely completion of requests and work orders.
Handle mini-projects and incident resolution related to Lawson applications.
Coordinate with other IT groups and business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
Ensure team readiness and resource allocation for ongoing operational needs.
Shadow current manager during onboarding to understand existing processes and maintain continuity.
Manage additional integrated systems such as Warehouse Management, Pyxis, and Just-in-Time Ordering systems.
Maintain stability and “keep the lights on” without major process overhauls during Oracle implementation.

Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar leadership role in IT application management.
Strong background in Infor Lawson, particularly Finance and Supply Chain modules.
Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple applications and adapt to evolving priorities.
Experience with ERP implementations
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Experience with Lawson HR and Payroll modules.
Familiarity with integrated systems such as Warehouse Management, Pyxis, and Just-in-Time Ordering.
