Sysco is implementing Workday HCM in 17 countries. Sysco is seeking a Workday consultant with a primary focus on Recruiting (and experience with Core HCM) to join the project team. This role will join an existing global project team with other Sr. Consultants and Project Managers, as well as partner consultants. It is not a configuration role, though prior experience in this respect is beneficial. Sysco is creating this new position within the project team to provide additional capacity and support to ensure that activities leading to go live in June 2025 are successful.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workstream meetings, facilitating discussions on Workday functionality and Sysco requirements
Serve as an internal expert on Workday Recruiting, both its current capabilities and future roadmap
Provide coaching and support to global Recruiting teams during testing, cutover, and implementation
Use workbook documentation to confirm design specifications in the course of guiding Sysco HR through testing and supporting the Training team in developing training materials
Ensure adhere to project timelines and deliverables are communicated to members of the Recruiting workstream and achieved
Offer best practices, insights, and recommendations on how Workday Recruiting should be used to enable efficient TA operations
Collaborate with the other workstream Sr Consultants on the project, particularly Core HCM, and provide support and expertise in

Experience: 5+ years of experience with Workday, preferably as both a partner and a client.
Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-starter who is able to manage multiple competing priorities.
Technology: Excel Intermediate or better skills; Smartsheet experience, JIRA experience (as an end user). Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with Workday Recruiting configuration, including business processes, security, and global settings.
