Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Engineering Manager to lead our application development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, project management, and team leadership. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our logistics operations. This candidate will be working with Internal Applications for the client and will be working with employees as end-users. This role is looking to pay around $165-$180k on a annual basis.

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

-Proven experience in software engineering and application development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

-Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, F#, Python, or similar.

-Experience with Azure cloud platforms

-Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
