Job Description

Provides interim operational leadership and coordination support for the Privileged Access Management (PAM) program during a temporary coverage period. This role is accountable for maintaining delivery momentum, overseeing managed service activities, and ensuring execution aligns with established PAM strategy, architecture, and standards.
The position operates with independent decision-making authority for day to day operational matters. Upon the return of the Privileged Access Lead, this role will transition to a senior individual contributor position, continuing to support the PAM program through hands-on delivery, coordination, and subject matter expertise under the Lead’s direction.

Primary Responsibilities (During Coverage Period):

· Act as the primary coordinator for Privileged Access Management activities, ensuring continuity of operations and delivery
· Make independent operational decisions to maintain progress across PAM initiatives, integrations, and remediation efforts
· Oversee and manage the PwC PAM managed services engagement, including prioritization, deliverable tracking, performance management, and escalation
· Coordinate work across IAM engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure alignment with approved designs and standards
· Ensure continued execution and stability of CyberArk and HashiCorp Vault platforms and associated integrations
· Track milestones, risks, and dependencies and communicate clear, concise status to IAM leadership
· Maintain existing PAM processes, controls, and documentation, avoiding long-term architectural or strategic shifts

Post-Return Transition Responsibilities:

· Transition program ownership and decision authority back to the Privileged Access Lead
· Continue supporting the PAM program as a senior individual contributor
· Provide hands-on technical and operational support for PAM platforms, integrations, and remediation efforts
· Support execution of the Privileged Access roadmap under the direction of the PAM Lead
· Serve as a trusted technical and operational partner to the PAM Lead and broader IAM team
