Prospecting (75% of Job)
Identify existing customers to register through the use of reports and tools
o Engage customers in a systematic manner through phone calls and emails with the goal of registering every customer by promoting customer benefits
o Support customers in the onboarding process as well as providing support in navigating the Portal after registration
o Provide qualified leads to sales teams that may result from interaction with customers
o Update customer contact information in CRM to ensure accuracy
o Keep detailed records for customers contacted, registered, not registered, and notes from interactions
Processing registration requests
Follow up on all leads or requests from internal customers to register customers
o Follow up can include phone calls with customers and walking them through the registration process, as well as providing support in navigating the Portal after registration
o Provide qualified leads to sales teams that may result from interaction with customers
o Keep detailed records for customers contacted, registered, not registered, and notes from interactions

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in communications or phone sales role
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
2-year business or marketing degree
