An oil & gas client in Houston, TX is seeking a Lab Tech to join their Gas Chromatograph group. This person will be responsible for receiving, labeling, filtering, and safely storing samples to be tested (each sample amounts are not exceeding 50ml). They will be recording tests and analyses and reporting the results, discussing and answering questions regarding the results, and organizing and storing samples in accordance with all safety and other requirements to ensure the safety of personnel and integrity of the sample. This person will be cleaning and maintaining lab equipment, including tuning and recalibration of equipment, and maintaining equipment records and daily work logs.

Experience with Agilent Gas Chromatograph Liquid Chromatograph software
6+ years of experience using Agilent instrumentation to complete different analytical tasks
Bachelor's degree
