Florida Lead Title Examiner

Insight Global is seeking a Remote Team Lead Title Examiner to join an industry-leading title company. This individual will not only perform all standard title examination responsibilities but will also lead and support a team of five examiners. The Team Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for questions from the exam team and the global team, acting as a liaison between the examiners and management. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex title issues while ensuring team efficiency and accuracy.

• 5+ years of experience as a Residential Title Examiner.
• Proven leadership experience or team lead responsibilities in a title examination environment.
• Extensive experience examining titles in Florida.
• Strong knowledge of legal descriptions, grantor/grantee chaining, and curative requirements.
• Ability to produce fully examined title reports addressing complex issues.
• Proficiency with title software and systems.
Advanced understanding of Metes and Bounds and Section Land plotting.

• Previous experience working for an enterprise title company.
• Experience managing remote teams and fostering collaboration.
