A Fortune 500 oil & gas employer in Houston is looking for a Senior FileNet Administrator to join the IT Enterprise Content Management team to administer and maintain the FileNet content management system including Content Collector for SAP and Email. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience analyzing and identifying the organization's content management needs, designing and implementing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to end-users. The FileNet Administrator will be responsible for monitoring system performance and implement necessary changes to improve system efficiency. As well as provide technical support and technical guidance to the other members of the IT Enterprise Content Management Team and Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate FileNet into their systems. This person must be local to Houston, Tx and willing to work a 9/80 hybrid schedule; onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

7-10 years of architecture, configuration, installation, administration, and troubleshooting experience in FileNet
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong experience with developing and troubleshooting IBM WebSphere Application Server and IBM Content Navigator.
In-depth Knowledge of SQL Server database
Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering methodologies to provide recommendations, upgrades, and identify user issues.
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Windows and Active Directory Security
